Last week in this house Josie and Joel became teens, Josie was a skilling machine, Kendal purchased a community lot business (Cafe Petite), Joel found love in the girl next door Eden Sharpe, and Ben and Starla spent some of their last days together.
Here is a look at the house front and back post seasons. I added a pond for fishing and a green house for gardening.
Meet Lolly, the families new pet. Starla purchased her from her daughter in law Sharon Cipriani. So far she is fitting in nicely...unlike Minnie the monster dog who came from the same parents and joined the Terrano family in round 11.

It's that time again...

With her oldest son now an elder, Starla had to face that she was in her last days. So, instead of getting down, she got a makeover!
She looked and felt better than ever at 80 days old! So she decided to do something that she had only ever considered doing...
...she spent the day with her daughter in law Kendal. Sounds silly, I know, but Starla had never been completely comfortable with Kendal seeing as she was once a vampiress, and being older and set in her ways Starla had a hard time accepting that about Kendal.
Their first stop was at Kendal's cafe. The two thought that it would be fun to make some stock for the bakery items.
Kendal manned the register while Starla busied herself in the kitchen.
Kendal took to tidying up and closing the shop and let Starla spend time with her friends and family that had stopped in to shop that afternoon.
The next thing they did together was to join the garden club. Starla had worked hard at growing fruits and veggies, encouraging the whole family to get involved.
And after a thourough inspection from the garden club officials Starla was accepted as a member...though she did not win the highest honor of a perfect garden, she had a decent score, and it was all that mattered to her.
It was only a couple of days later after she returned home for work when grim came to her.
Of course this devistated the family, though they knew that it was her time, she would still be missed.
Then, right on the heels of Starla's passing, Owen's loyal companion the families golden retriever Dolly passed of old age as well.
Struggling with the loss of two family members, Owen became depressed and introverted. He spent his time fishing in the pond and tending to his mother's garden.
But his spirits began to lift when he came home from work with a promotion to top of his career earning him his LTW and perma plat status for the rest of his lifetime.

As for the teens in the house, Joel and Josie were your typical teens.
With his girlfriend Eden already away at college, Joel spent alot of time on the phone with her.
Josie was still on the quest for her first dream date.
And by the end of the week both were headed off to university.
Accomplishments this round: Lolly the pomeranian joins the family, Cafe Petite is rank 3, Starla passes at 83 days old, Dolly the golden retriever passes away, Owen is an elder, Joel and Josie move to college
