Round 12: The Bratford Family

Last week in this household Ava had several dates (per usual for her) and reached her LTW of becoming a Professional Party Guest. Posie and Willa became children. Monica reached her LTW of becoming a Mad Scientist.

This week starts with a change of heart.

Ava had rejected Gerard Taylor's proposal of marraige several times, though he had eventually stopped asking leaving Ava to wonder...

Durring his weekly visit with their daughter she was overcome with emotion. Gerard was handsome, successful, and smart...and he was the father of their child. What more could she have ever wanted? Ava was begining to question her choices. Several years older than Gerard, Ava could have blamed it on their age diffrence, but it was really about her selfish desires. She had wanted to be free to date whomever she pleased...and had never planned to have any children. Over time, as her daughter was growing older, Ava could see Gerard in her and it made her miss what could have been.

So, on complete impuse, Ava asked Gerard to marry her. Shocked, he could hardly respond...and he almost said no on principal, but he loved Ava and Willa. This was the chance that he needed, that he had been wishing for.

And with that the three of them, soon to officially be the Taylor family, decided to find a home of their own. Though Ava loved living with her sister, she needed this to solidify her new path in life. So they moved into their own home. With the departure of Ava and Willa from the house, Monica and Scarlet felt it was time to do something they had been planning for a long time...adopt a child.

Welcome to the family Rochelle!

The family was delighted to have a new member, and Rochelle seemed completely at home after only a few short days. Actually, just in time for her new sisters birthday...

After reaching her IW of maxing all 7 skills, Monica decided it was time to look into getting her daughters into private school.

Headmaster visit scores: Food 48, Tour 29, Schmooze 15, Total 92

Headmaster Berjes McArthur was happy to oblige their invitation.

And without much hassle both girls were accepted.

Sneaking one last achievement in before the end of the week was Scarlet achieving her LTW of becoming a Hall of Fame Athelete!
